Allison Brennan joins me as I visit the Sacramento Morgue. Phelan is in charge of the back end and was a wealth of information.

Where the clothing is kept once removed from the deceased.

 

Phelan, who was incredibly kind when I nearly passed out. I slid down the wall to the floor and couldn't get up for quite a while, couldn't get my hands and feet to quit tingling. (But this was actually during an earlier visit, when I witnessed an autopsy on a homicide victim.)
